Kay Harrison is a certified professional coach who also has an MA in Speech Communication and MS in Clinical Psychology. In addition to college teaching she has provided coaching, mentoring, and employment development programs to a variety of both large and small companies and businesses. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, public speaking, intercultural communication, voice and diction, decision making/problem solving, and leadership skills. Kay received the International Exemplary Leader Award from the Chair Academy, a leadership organization in 2002.
Kay has the unique ability to develop rapport with her clients and help them to be successful in making behavioral changes in their work performance or to use a different perspective in their leadership style. Some of the companies she has worked with include: FCI Electronics, HMT Technology, CAPSCO, New United Motors, Orcon Corporation and General Electric.
